What forms of payment are accepted on the online store?
Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Debit/Delta/Connect.
How are orders processed?
No physical goods are shipped. All orders are processed electronically, with product licenses being deposited in the iLok account specified.
After placing an order on the online store, how will I know when it has been completed?
You will receive an email to confirm that payment has been accepted and the order has been processed.

What Operating Systems do the plug-ins run on?
Mac OS X and Windows XP/Vista
What DAW software are the plug-ins compatible with?
They can be used with any software which supports TDM or RTAS plug-ins, such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro or Digital Performer. The TG12413 Limiter can also be used with most VST- and AudioUnit-compatible host applications.
Are the plug-ins compatible with Intel-based Macs?
Yes, Universal binaries are provided for use with PPC and Intel Macs.
What is the difference between LE and TDM versions?
The two are essentially the same, but set up to work on native or TDM systems.
How can I get the latest plug-in versions?
The latest updates are available from our Downloads page.
If I upgrade my Mac or PC in the future will the plug in still work?
Unless there are any major architectural changes to the existing operating systems then the plug-in should work when moved to your new computer. We would also, if required, update the plug-in to accommodate any new features a new OS may offer.
Where can I buy the original EMI hardware?
